*The patriarch turned 60 yesterday. Over the course of the evening we discussed how old our grandfathers seemed at that age. They were much older than their years. Small and frail. My father on the other hand, is a vibrant and active man. Spry, you might say… He reminds me of my grandfather at that age, but somehow 15 years younger.
